It is a patient and appointment management system for private doctors and clinics in Israel. The whole interface works in French, English or Hebrew. Each patient receives reminders, confirmations and documents on WhatsApp, SMS or Email in their own language. A weekly scan of patient files and conversations flags anything missing. Which languages does the platform support?
The whole interface works in French, English and Hebrew. You also choose each patient’s language once, and their reminders, confirmations and documents go out in that language automatically.
Do my patients need to install an app?
No. Patients receive messages on WhatsApp, which they already use, or by SMS or Email. They can confirm or reply directly in the conversation.
How do I know nothing was missed?
Every week, the platform scans all patient files and every WhatsApp, SMS and Email conversation, and flags anything missing or left unanswered.
Will my platform have every feature from the demo?

Can the platform be adapted to my specialty?
Yes. Setup includes up to 40 hours of customization during the first month: your forms, your procedures, your health funds and your daily routine.
Where is patient data stored, and is it secure?
Data is stored in a secure database on EU servers with daily backups. Sensitive data is encrypted and login uses two-factor authentication, in line with Israeli privacy law.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The Essential plan costs ₪390 a month before VAT: secure hosting, daily backups, your clinic’s WhatsApp and SMS number, up to 500 WhatsApp messages and 50 SMS. The Complete plan, at ₪590 a month, adds fixes, updates, support and up to 1 hour of small changes a month. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.
Is it for a solo doctor or for a clinic?
Both. It works for a doctor alone or with one secretary, and for clinics with several doctors and staff. Larger clinics send more messages, and extra WhatsApp messages cost ₪0.06 each.
How long does it take to get started?
About a month. Setup, customization, the WhatsApp number approval by Meta and staff training happen during the first month.
